How does Master Mind work?

Master Mind meetings consist of two parts:

The morning:

Workshop(s) designed to assist people to develop one or two aspects of their business. The workshops follow a programme of tried and tested techniques which take you on a journey towards your business vision.

The afternoon:

A ‘hot seat’ session, where each person gets twenty minutes or more to update the Virtual Board about an aspect of their business, what challenges they face and what they’d like assistance in solving or deciding.

The workshops are consistently praised for the insights and structure they bring but feedback from participants always highlights sitting in the ‘hot seat’ as the most beneficial aspect of the day.  This is partly because the workshops set the right mindset to get the most out of the ‘hot seat’ sessions.

Along the way we've discovered a number of key elements that make Master Mind groups work and provide members with more benefits than they could easily or affordably get elsewhere. One of the key elements is you.

For Master Mind and sitting in the 'Hot Seat', "Experience is the convincer." - Dan Kennedy,  Jan 2009

Professional support for Small Business Owners who appreciate big company resources

Participation in a Master Mind Group offers  members the opportunity to focus on their key business issues, ensure they have a plan and are on track.

Master Mind members say one of the key benefits is the opportunity to meet regularly to work on their business, to consider new ideas and to have their thoughts challenged.

The feedback members regularly provide is quite astounding - it really is a case of what you contribute you get back many times.  What people get out of the group is entirely dependent upon the individual.

A person’s understanding of  Master Mind and its benefits can only be achieved through participation.

Master Mind is available to you either direct or from one of  our high calibre partners, like NRG or Green & Co
